Health Coach and Personal Trainer

I combine evidence-based strength training, health and habit coaching, practical education, and personalized support to help women build stronger bones, maintain muscle, and stay active and strong for years to come.

Habit Coaching

Coaching is about more than motivation. It’s about creating the conditions that make healthy behaviors easier, more automatic, and more sustainable over time. Drawing from Tiny Habits® and the psychology of human behavior, we’ll focus on small, practical changes that fit naturally into your life. Together, we’ll design habits, routines, and systems that support your goals, creating increased confidence, new capabilities, and belief in your ability to create lasting change.

Personal Training

Through personalized training, you’ll learn how to lift safely and effectively, build confidence with progressively heavier weights, and understand why certain exercises matter for strength, muscle, and bone health. Together, we’ll create a plan, based on your goals, that builds on your progress over time.

Women’s Strength Group Training

This small-group training program combines expert coaching, progressive strength training, and a supportive community of women. You’ll build strength, maintain muscle, support bone health, and gain confidence in a welcoming environment where everyone is encouraged to work at their own level while continuing to progress.

I’m a health coach and certified personal trainer based in Boulder, Colorado. For more than 25 years, I’ve helped women build strength, improve health, and create sustainable habits that support long-term wellbeing.

I wasn’t naturally drawn to exercise. Working with a personal trainer changed how I saw fitness—and myself. I learned that strength isn’t about being an athlete, but about what your body can do. That experience led me to leave web design and become a trainer.

Over time, my work with women made it clear: maintaining muscle, supporting bone density, and adapting to hormonal changes are essential for long-term health, and many women aren’t getting clear, practical guidance.

Today, I combine strength training, nutrition, and behavior change coaching, including Tiny Habits®, to help women build realistic, evidence-based routines that fit real life.

My focus is helping women get stronger, stay capable, and build the skills and habits that support their health for years to come.
